We are honored to be asked to provide personally selected items for the married life of bride Sarah Heidema and groom Brad Caffery.
The couple has selected “Dappled Leaves” as a pattern (pictured), and has requested the items listed in the chart below.
Orders may be placed at Grateful Hearts gallery and gifts, 654 Main Street, Lafayette, IN; or by phone, 765-838-2266; most major credit and debit cards are accepted. We are open Tu-Fri 11a-6p, Sat 11a-4p.
We also support “Shared Contributions.” You may pay for a portion of any item, and will will note the amount paid, until it is fully paid for. Your name will not be visible, so you may give according to your budget. If any items are not fully paid for, the couple may choose to pay the remainder, or use the amount paid as a credit.
We offer four options for your gift presentation:
- We will provide a customized ‘Our gift to you…’ card, to present to the bridal couple.;
- You may leave the item to be consolidated with other items purchased for the couple, and picked up at the couple’s convenience; or,
- You may have us ship the item to the couple’s future home, shipping & handling costs quoted on a per item basis
- You may pick up the item in advance of the wedding.
